Terry Peak Day Lodges

One thing about having fun on the slopes, is when the tough get cold, they get hungry.  Terry Peak proudly features two on-area day lodges to warm you up and fill your tank.

The Stewart Lodge is big and bright, with windows wrapping around the entire front side of the building, allowing those who wish to watch, a nice comfortable view of Stewart Slope.  

Upstairs you will find seating for more than 500, along with the Stewart Lodge Cafe' and Bald Mountain Bar.  At the Stewart Lodge Cafe', choose from a wide variety of entrees including pizza, sandwiches, hamburgers, soups and salads.  Top it off with your favorites from the fresh condiment bar.  Check out the various specials offered on the weekends.   
   
The Bald Mountain Bar offers a complete line of alcoholic beverages; beer, wine and mixed drinks.  Choose one of the specialty drinks; The Baldy Mary, or the Peppermint Peak.  What ever your flavor the Bald Mountain Bar will warm your insides.

The main floor of the Stewart Lodge hosts the daily Lift Ticket and Rentals sales.  The full service Rental Shop is complete with adults and junior snowboard setups, ski setups, helmets, and daily locker rentals.  Also, the rental department offers personal equipment repair, and servicing. Check out the multi-day discounts and ski/rental packages that are offered.

Also on the main floor of Stewart Lodge is the newly expanded Retail Shop.  You will find a large selection of goggles, gloves, hat, caps and everything else that will make your day on the slopes fun and warm.    

If nostalgia is more your thing, then the Nevada Gulch Lodge is the hangout for you.  You can purchase your All Area Lift Tickets in the Retail Store.  And just incase your forgot something they carry a little bit of all the necessities.   The Nevada Gulch Lodge is also home of the famous Dark Horse Saloon.   The Dark Horse always has something going on and if not, kick off the boots and put your feet up by the fire while warming up with one of the hot toddies.           

The Dark Horse Express Cafe' at Nevada Gulch Lodge features barbecue pulled pork sandwiches, chicken soups, and chili.  And don't forget to round it up with Terry Peak's signature snack, chili cheese nachos!
