The Fat Tire Music Series

The Fat Tire Music Series at Nevada Gulch Lodge is back again for another season.  Fat Tire - Terry Peak Music Series

The Music Series is six (6) consecutive week apres ski event.  Beginning Saturday, January 25, through Saturday, March 1, local talent will rock the Dark Horse Saloon from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.      

Enjoy great music from local musicians, plenty of New Belgium door prizes, and Fat Tire beverage specials.  
During each shows intermission, many lucky winners will walk away with awesome Fat Tire swag, and concert tickets from the Deadwood Mountain Grand  Plus six (6) lucky finalist will win the coveted Fat Tire Glasses and will be entered into the final March 1, Grand Prize give-a-way from Peak Sports of Rapid City.

January 25, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30 ~ Useful Jenkins is a high-spirited bluegrass band from Mankato, MN. They released their second full-length album in September titled, Festival Express. The album is an authentic display of Useful Jenkins distinctive style of music that can only be described as acoustic jamgrass with a funk twist. 

February 1, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30  ~ Dan Sherrill, a local favorite, brings acoustic-rock, and feel good reggae to the Dark Horse.  Sing along, get up and dance and you'll fit right in.  

February 8, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30 ~ Randy McAllister is one harp blown', blues signin', song-writin' Texas bonafide blu blood with talent and power to spare.  Come check out why Randy McAllister has such a huge following, and leave with a hip in your skip.  

February 15, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30 ~ Ben Suchy, straight from North Dakota performs foot stompen' Rhythm-Blues-Folk and Rock.  Just try to sit still, it won't happen - this multi-instrumentalist and fantastic song writer will keep you hopping long after the lifts close!

February 22, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30 ~ The River Liffey Boys, based out of Rapid City, play a blend of traditional Irish, bluegrass and original music.  They call themselves a “blue-Irish-grass” band.

March 1, 2014, 3:30 - 6:30 ~ Tie Dye Volcano is a rock, blues, and funk band composed of four experienced members from several other popular bands in the Black Hills.
