2011-2012 Ski Season 

The Terry Peak Race Team is gearing up for the 2011-2012 ski season. This is the 3rd year for the program and plans are being made to expand the program.
The Alpine Ski Racing program is open to young skiers beginning at age 6.  Children must have some skiing experience and be able to ski most of the area. If your children are interested in learning skiing but are beginners the Terry Peak Ski School has a great program and maybe you can join us next year.
Coaches will work on fundamental skills needed to become successful racers, and teach appropriate gate techniques and tactics. Our goal is to introduce fundamental skiing skills such as stance, balance, edging, pressure, rotary skills and turn shape needed to get around any mountain.
The Program consists of 9 Sundays and 11 week night practices.  Racers will practice skills and participate in clinics  and races. The program will run from Jan 5th, to March 25th, 2012.
The coaching staff is excited to see returning racers and would like to welcome newcomers.

To provide our youth with opportunity to develop their skiing ability, and racing skills, in a positive competitive environment, all while having fun on the slopes!
