Group Rates
Thank you for your interest in bringing a party of skiers and snowboarders to Terry Peak in the Black Hills!
- Your party must consist of 20 or more people to qualify for group rates.
- Your first contact with the group sales coordinator must be at least two weeks in advance to prepare your day and is necessary to ensure group rates.
- The group leader must collect all fees from their party and be prepared to make ONE FULL PAYMENT in advance or upon arrival.
- Rental equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that groups try to arrive at the Stewart Lodge by 8am.
- A final call from the group sales coordinator will be made to your group contact 24-48 hours before your arrival to confirm all the numbers. Any changes made on the day of arrival will be at full price.

- Blackout Dates for Group Rates: December 2, 2023 – January 1, 2024, January 12-14, & February 16-18, 2024.
- Upon booking your group, a credit card number must be provided, and a $50 non-refundable deposit will be charged. The $50 deposit will apply to your group total.
- Discount applies only to All Area Lift Tickets and Rental Equipment.
- Free Lift Tickets for guests 5 & under, Seniors 70-79 are $20 per day, and Seniors 80+ are Free with ID. These age categories will not go toward the total group number.
- Group rates do not apply to lessons.
- Group Meal Vouchers are available.
