Directions

From Interstate I-90 West, take Exit 30 at Sturgis. Turn left onto Highway 14A and travel through Boulder Canyon toward Deadwood. Upon entering Deadwood, you will be on Highways 14A and 85. Continue on the four-lane highway through Deadwood; the road becomes two lanes at the south edge of town. Continue through Central City and on to Lead.

Drive through Lead, then approximately one mile past Lead, turn right onto Nevada Gulch Road at the large Terry Peak billboard. Nevada Gulch Lodge will be on your left about one mile after the turn. Continue approximately two more miles up the hill to reach Stewart Lodge.

Turn left onto Stewart Slope Road. Stewart Lodge is approximately ¼ mile ahead on the left.

From Rapid City, take Highway 44 West. After approximately 16 miles, turn right onto Highway 385 North. At Pluma, turn left onto Highway 85 South toward Lead.

Continue through Lead on Main Street, then turn left onto Highways 85 and 14A South. Approximately one mile past Lead, turn right onto Nevada Gulch Road at the large Terry Peak billboard.

Nevada Gulch Lodge will be on your left about one mile after the turn. Continue approximately two more miles up the hill to Stewart Lodge. Turn left onto Stewart Slope Road; the lodge is approximately ¼ mile ahead on the left.

Deadwood. Turn right onto Highway 85 South. Upon entering Deadwood, you will be traveling on Highways 14A and 85.

Continue on the four-lane highway through Deadwood. At the south edge of Deadwood, the road becomes two lanes; continue through Central City and on to Lead.

Drive through Lead, then approximately one mile past town, turn right onto Nevada Gulch Road at the large Terry Peak billboard. Nevada Gulch Lodge will be on your left about one mile after the turn. Continue approximately two more miles up the hill to Stewart Lodge.

Turn left onto Stewart Slope Road. Stewart Lodge is approximately ¼ mile ahead on the left.
