School Group Field Day Program

Registration for the 2026–27 season opens in early October 2026 and typically closes at the end of October.

Terry Peak Ski Area’s School Group Ski Day program gives area students the opportunity to enjoy a day of skiing while receiving professional on-snow instruction. This field trip program is available exclusively for public schools and homeschool groups and includes skiing only.

School Group Ski Days are offered Monday through Thursday from January 4, 2027, through the end of the program, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, spring break, and the following holiday blackout dates:

• January 18, 2027
• February 15, 2027

Space is limited, and available dates typically fill quickly. Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation of your assigned date and time.

The cost is $20 per student and $20 per chaperone. We recommend one chaperone for every 10 students. Full payment or invoicing must be completed on the morning of your scheduled visit.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, Terry Peak will provide the requested number of Rental Liability Release forms. Each form must be completed and signed by a student’s parent or legal guardian before the trip. Upon arrival, please submit all completed forms to the Ski School staff.

To help ensure a fun and comfortable experience, please encourage students to dress appropriately for winter weather and changing mountain conditions.
