School Group Field Day Program

Thank you for registering for the School Group Feild Day program.

The program is now full to capacity.  Registration will open up next October 2024, for the 2024-2025 season.

This program is designed for area schools to bring a class to Terry Peak Ski Area for a field trip day of snow learning.  Students can choose between skiing or snowboarding for their learning experience.  We suggest one chaperone for every ten students.  This program is offered Mondays through Thursdays, excluding holidays and spring break.  The cost for each student and each chaperone is $20.  This will be invoiced to the school once the ski day has been completed.  Home School groups make payment the day of the event.

• To qualify for this program, you must be a public school or licensed home school.
• You have registered and received a confirmed date for your class from our ski school.

There is no guarantee for the ski day until you have received an email confirmation on the dates and times that you have been assigned.  Once you have a confirmed date, you will receive the requested number of Rental Liability Release forms that your students will need to have their parents or legal guardians sign.  These completed forms will need to be presented to the ski school upon arrival on your ski day.

This program is limited and typically sells out very quickly.

This program begins January 2, 2024, and EXCLUDES all Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and Holiday Black-out Dates: January 15, 2024, and February 19, 2024.  

Please prepare your students for their ski day by encouraging them to dress appropriately.
